An announcement and a manager assignment to welcome a new employee are to give a new employee the best chance of integrating effectively into your organization. You must complete a series of events that begin after your job offer is accepted (Heathfield, 2021)

Integration and retention of your new employees start during the hiring process and become even more important once they begin their new work. You have a lot of impact on how you welcome your new hire (Heathfield, 2021).

The first day at work is one of the most stressful situations for a new employee. Not only can effectively welcoming a new employee reduce stress, but it can also contribute to increased performance (UrbanBound, 2021)

Because we all understand how great first impressions are, we've compiled a list of 9 methods to make a new hire's first day on the job a success for both of you (UrbanBound, 2021)

*    Give them a good tour of your organization.

*    Introduce your team and core workers.

*    Arrange the workspace for them.

*    Make them feel they are part of the organization's community.

*    Invite them to have a lunch or dinner outside.

*    Give them some time to settle with new place and be patient.

*    Give them first day gift.

*    Give them some task to move correct way.

*    End the first day with friendly environment.

Especially it will help to provide bellow points 

*      Provides thoughtful and insightful information about the new staff to help him or her feel more comfortable in the workplace.

*      Encourages employee satisfaction and supports new employees in adjusting to the job more efficiently.

*      It helps in the improvement of a more effective and accurate workforce.

*      Employee engagement is improved, and communication between the supervisor and the new employee is improved.

Blank like helping HR Managers in putting together "welcome packets" since it is one of the best examples of swag done correctly, especially in modern office. The first day of a new job can be a rush of changes, with a new office, new tasks, and new coworkers. That's why your HR department needs a variety of systems in place to welcome any new employee.   7. With the current pandemic situation, one of the key important tasks the organisations tend to miss out is the providing of a proper induction to their new hires. It is in a way a has become a challenging situation for companies to provide a proper induction and a welcoming to the new hires virtually. However, it is a responsibility of the organisations to find new ways to transform from the traditional ways of induction to make the new employees feel welcomed and proud about getting hired to the organisation. This is a very interesting article.
